Our dogs are excellent with children and love to play. We breed for sweet temperaments and proper conformation. Our dogs are from a lineage of top producers in the breed.
Our puppies are raised in our home in West Michigan. They receive a lot of attention and genuine love. This builds their character and helps develop their personality into a dog that will respond to humans in a loving and affectionate manner. Welshes are intelligent on their own but this early socialization helps them to be familiar with knowing normal things that happen inside a human's home.
A pet welsh terrier goes to their new home with vaccinations completed for their age. They have been wormed. They are socialized and are 8 -10 weeks old when they leave our home. They have a 3 month health guarantee. They are champion sired, have pedigree papers and limited AKC registration papers. They are sold on a spay/neuter contract. I'm interested in placing puppies in the homes where they will have loving parents and a good life.
The females have a way of working their way onto your lap and right into your heart. They are very loving and always eager to be with you. They are very quick to learn just about anything you teach them. My girls love to sleep on the couch right next to me while we all watch T.V. together. They keep my feet warm on a cold winter's night.
Males have an easy going approach to life. They're very affectionate and loved by their family. Having them neutered before 6 months, when they start lifting their leg, will make it so that they simply lean forward to urinate outside. They'll look like they're in a show pose.
Our puppies/babies are home raised and VERY much loved by the entire family. My husband and sons all take part in the nurturing and raising of our Welshies. We place the pups in select homes in order to protect them and to insure that they are cared for.
